Tuesday, July 17, 2018 – Path Meditation with Tamara

This meditation continues the current practice of having only music and no speaking during the meditation. Tamara leads, and plays a short clip of Gourasana’s “How to Pray” talk at the beginning. We are also reminded that we may use this time to write our stories for Amundi’s Bookzine.
