Welcome to the Freedom Walk Path Day!

The Freedom Walk Path Day is divided into 4 parts, then Part 5 is a Freedom Walk Path Call with Tamara and Sara with more information from The Lady and Gourasana on Humility.

  • Make sure you have your meditation gear, notebook, and snacks or a small meal with you.
  • To set up your Humility notebook, go to the section entitled “Setting Up Your Humility Notebook”.
  • Once you are ready to begin, find an undisturbed location for yourself, and/or for your group, if you are doing this together with other Freedom Walk participants.
  • Watch the videos in sequence; you may stop and review any parts of the videos you choose.
