Before you begin please assemble these materials:
- Your meditation gear (tissues, water bottle, scream towel, and anything else you need)
- Your clipboard, notebook or journal and a pen or pencil to take notes.
- Your “Calm” journal (from the homework to prepare for the Retreat)
- The components you were asked to bring: notebook or binder and moveable/erasable tabs (see instructions in the welcome letter you received.)
- Snacks and small meals for “breaks”
Then find a private space where you can watch the videos and meditate without interruption.
