Shar’s Introduction; Breathing Meditation; The Lady and Buddy (1:13:40)
This video begins with calming music and a breathing meditation led by The Lady. Have your tissues ready in case you need to clear your nostrils at any time.
Read this to be prepared to know how to do alternative nostril breathing:
With your right hand, place your first and second fingers on your forehead between your eyebrows (the area of your “third eye”).
Place the thumb of the right hand on your right nostril and your third finger on your left nostril.
Close the left nostril with your finger and breathe in the right nostril.
Close the right nostril and hold your breath for a count of four.
Release your third finger and breathe out through your left nostril.
Pause, then reverse the process – breathe in through the left nostril, hold briefly, and breathe out through the right.
