This is the third and final part of the sharing on The Ten No’s, and it is about wallowing in emotions and staying stuck in Issues.

When you write about these as your round of sharing, see not only the situations in which you have wallowed and stayed stuck, but also identify when that response was triggered. What were the circumstances? Referring back to the Trigger Cascade from Vince, what underlying belief did you have that fueled your reaction? What bottom-line feelings surface that you usually deny or repress? See both of these things with your awareness so you can make the choice to let go.
