Activity: Prepare yourself for meditation.

After the meditation, get your paper and pen. Daniel leads you through the thinking part of this GMP.
Think – What do you need to do to break habits that keep you bound?

Choose the three closest habits of your personality that keep you in illusion. What actions can you take to break those? Look in the direction of “flipping” the illusion and doing the opposite of what those illusory habits would have you do.

  • For example, look at unworthiness — see if you dress in an unworthy way, or if your room or your house reflects that illusory belief. What can you do to change that? And if you have a tendency to be defensive, what action can you take that’s opposite to that?
